The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) Youth Symposium will be in San Antonio, TX, November 16-18, 2026. This year’s theme, Mission: Possible, is about what happens when the workforce development field comes together.
The NAWDP Youth Symposium brings together workforce development professionals and organizations that serve youth from across the country. With more than 900 participants annually, the event provides opportunities to learn about approaches and programs supporting young people, exchange practices with peers facing similar challenges, and connect with potential partners.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Connect with workforce professionals and organizations serving youth.
- Learn about programs, strategies, and practices being used in communities across the country.
- Share experiences and approaches with others working to address similar challenges.
- Explore potential partnerships and resources.
- Identify ideas or tools that may be applicable to local youth workforce programs.
