This webinar is a continuation of the recent Amplifying Youth Voices: Navigating Youth Engagement from Advisors to Leaders webinar. Join the U.S. Department of Labor's Division of Youth Services and three communities from the Youth Systems Building Academy (YSB Academy) to explore their youth-adult partnerships. This webinar will also highlight the new YSB Academy Compendium, an interactive document reflecting the accomplishments of the 19 Academy communities (see Related Content below).

This webinar will feature three communities from YSB Academy including Boulder County (CO), Oswego County (NY), and South Central Iowa. Each community will showcase how they meaningfully engaged youth voice to better understand the needs of young people, partner with young people, and recruit youth to a Youth Advisory Council. In this webinar, participants will:
- Get a first look at the new YSB Academy Compendium, a dynamic resource showcasing innovative approaches and real-world examples from 19 communities across the U.S.
- Hear real-world examples of youth-adult partnerships from communities across the nation.
- Ask questions to communities regarding best practices, strategies, and success stories to engage Youth Voice.
This session is designed for anyone interested in understanding and enhancing youth participation in workforce development.
