Partnering with Employers Program Manual

This manual will help your program develop connections to local employers, making it more likely for their graduates to be hired and for the employers to provide valuable input to program staff on the specific knowledge, skills and aptitudes young people need in order to be successful in their initial placements. In turn, YouthBuild staff can integrate this information into the YouthBuild curriculum.
