This page focuses on effective employer engagement. Effective employer engagement is integral to the design, sustainability, and success of your program and is intended to benefit both parties. Employers provide youth and young workers workforce opportunities and assist workforce programs with designing curriculums to ensure those who participate are ready to work.

- Engaging Employers to Connect Young Adults to Good Fit Employment shares responses from 210 professionals about the questions they ask business representatives, helped the researchers understand the types of conversations about job opportunities and workforce management practices that are taking place.
- Sustaining Employer Partnerships/Effective Employer Strategies is designed as a peer-to-peer presentation to share strategies for building new partnerships, nurturing existing partners, communicating expectations, and sustaining employer partnerships beyond the life of this grant.
