The Employment and Training Administration has created WOIA Youth Program Elements Monitoring Checklist, a tool for State and local areas to use in preparing for monitoring visits.

Please look in the "Related Content" section to the left for the document.

A fillable monitoring checklist tool was also developed. This tool helps States and local areas understand what Federal Project Officers (FPO) are looking for when in monitoring how program elements are being offered, whether they’re provided in house or through partnership by contract, MOU, or other type of agreement.

FPOs are also checking to see that program elements are reported accurately, according to program element definitions and management information system coding.
