The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) sets certain priorities for youth programs by imposing minimum expenditure requirements on funds spent for out-of-school youth and work experiences. This technical assistance document provides basic tools for States and local areas to use in tracking and reporting the 75% out-of-school youth and 20% work experience expenditure requirements.
