Are you new to WIOA Youth, or need a refresher? 

Start off by reading the WIOA Youth Program Fact Sheet. It provides an overview of the youth program, including the definitions of eligibility for out-of-school and in-school youth.   

The WIOA Wednesday-The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program in Depth webinar goes in depth on topics from TEGL 21-16, including eligibility determination, program design, procurement of youth providers, and the WIOA youth program elements.

To assist states and local areas in monitoring to ensure that states and local have all required WIOA Youth polices, ETA created a required and encouraged policies document, please see List of Required WIOA State Youth Policies. 

In addition, the Youth Program Reference Tool l is designed to inform readers of the statutory and regulatory guidelines for operational implementation of the WIOA youth program.
