June 7, 2018, Our Journey Together TA Series hosted a webinar, Our Journey Together: Out-of-School Youth Cohort Challenge Review, highlighting lessons learned from eight teams selected to take part in a mission to unpack out-of-school youth (OSY) engagement and retention, and develop solutions that will advance the youth workforce development field.

Empowering Youth as Active Participants Tip Sheet which provides assessment survey questions and tools; staff tips; motivational interviewing techniques & case scenarios.
Recruitment, Marketing and Outreach Strategies Tip Sheet provides information on how to better reach youth; how to speak their language; social media outlets youth are using; what to do if you are not social media savvy and other relevant facts.
Planning Human Centered Design Programs: Empowering Youth Challenge shares story boards on how to continue to strengthen ways to keep youth motivated and empowered.
